My wife and I had been dealing with the design team at Mitchell Construction Group on an extensive home modification project. I happened to mention we had an immediate need for some relatively minor exterior repairs and was told they had a "small jobs" group. One of the members of that group called the next day and we made an appointment to have MCG personnel come to the house to assess the project. As the repairs needed were hidden within the structure, we decided to proceed with a time and materials contract. Bottom line is that our project was completed on time and at about 60% of the "ballpark" cost! I can't say enough good things about the two carpenters who completed the job. The quality of their work was outstanding, their professionalism onsite shone to the highest degree.

Mitchell Construction helped our family address a lingering water issue at our home. We attempted to repair it several times but the water damage just kept recurring. They came to our home and did an assessment (which none of the others did) and determined several locations where water was coming into the home (in and around the chimney). They and their team put a plan in place and completely resolved the issue which required roof flashing, addressing the gap between the chimney and the home, replacing siding and painting and repairing the interior walls and the siding on the home. In total five different trades were involved and each one of them were top notch. I strongly recommend Mitchell Construction to anyone doing home renovation and/or who have home maintenance needs.
